Pesquisa quantitativa, que consiste na realização de entrevistas pessoais, com a aplicação de questionários estruturados e padronizados junto a uma amostra representativa do eleitorado do Município.

Foram entrevistados 326 ( Trezentos e Vinte e Seis Eleitores ). E ponderação quanto a sexo: Masculino 51,5% e Feminino 48,5%; Idade: 45 a 59 23,9%, 35 a 44 23,0%, 60 ou mais 18,7%, 25 a 34 18, 4%, 16 a 24 16,0%; Grau de Instrução: Ensino Médio 37,7% , Ensino Fundamental 27,0%, Ensino Superior 16,9%, Lê e Escreve 14,4%, Analfabeto 4,0%; Nível Econômico: Até 1 Sm 59,8%, Acima de 1 a 3 Sm 26,4%, Acima de 3 a 5 Sm 7,7%, Sem Renda 4,3%, Acima de 5 a 10 Sm 1,5%, Mais de 10 Sm 0,3%.Esta amostra definida pela estatística, apresenta intervalo de confiança de 95% e margem de erro de 5 pontos percentuais para mais ou para menos.

Sistema de controle

A coordenação de campo realiza a checagem de 5% dos questionários em loco. Checagem de todos os formulários por 2 pessoas responsáveis pelo processamento, e após a tabulação é feita uma conferência final.
