Plano amostral leva em consideração cotas de sexo, idade e escolaridade, com as seguintes características, conforme dados do IBGE e TSE: Sexo (M, 45%, F, 55%), idade (16 a 24 anos, 9%, 25 a 44 anos, 35%, 45 a 59 anos, 26%, 60 anos ou mais, 30%) e escolaridade (Até Fundamental, 23%, Médio, 42% e Superior, 35%), havendo ou não a necessidade de ponderação de acordo com os dados coletados, sendo isso considerado a posteriori caso seja ultrapassado em mais de 3 p.p a discrepância entre o planejado e o coletado. A margem de erro é de 3,3 pontos percentuais para mais ou para menos, sob uma margem de confiança de 95%.
